What signage do I need for my business? Can you help?

When it comes to signage options we have seen and done it all.

We consult with every customer to determine the appropriate sign you would need. Sign specifications as in height, depth, lighting, material, design, and location play an important role in determining costs and timeline of install. So let us know what you need and we can provide options and alternatives to what you need.

What file format should my files be in?

All logo files should be in a vector format. This is typically a EPS or an AI file. You typically can get these files from the person who created your logo. If you cannot provide a vector logo we can try to vector the logo for a small fee.

What is a proof?

A proof is a graphical representation of your signage that shows you how your sign will look when completed. This would include the size and material used to create your signage.

How do I approved a proof?

There are a couple of ways to approve a proof. You can reply back to by email with “This proof is approved”. You can sign the proof and send us the signed copy by email or even drop it off if you are in the area.

I need to make changes to the proof.

If the proof is incorrect or you need to make adjustments, just let us know. We will fix/adjust the proof so that it is correct before it goes into production. You can let us know by email or write the changes on the proof and send it back. Either way we can make changes to the proof.

Why do I need to approve a proof even though I have given you what I need to get done?

Sometimes mistakes are bound to happen. The proof ensures that size, material, and spelling is correct before we move into production. Your approval on the final proof is assurance that you have looked at the signage that will be provided and it is accurate. This insures that what you are provided is correct and perfect the first time.

How can I get an estimate from you?

Help I need signage that needs to be permitted!

Great news, we can pull the permits needed on your property and create graphics needed to complete the signage. We can also directly communicate with the city in order to make sure that the proper paperwork and fees are completed before we move your sign into production. This way you do not have to jump through and hoops to make sure you get what you want.
